Before you decide on a solution, it is important to decide which hosting option you need, there are two different hosting options for JIRA Service Management, they are Cloud and Data center. If you want Atlassian to store your data and manage your instance, choose Cloud, which is their cloud service. The Data Center application and its data are stored on one or more servers which you or we at Arctic Group provide.
