    The recognition is given to employers who create workplaces where people thrive, develop and want to stay. The assessment is based on the Retention Score, an established measure of how well an employer succeeds in retaining and developing employees over time. The Retention Score is built on five key indicators that together provide a complete picture of retention:

    • eNPS shows how likely employees are to recommend their employer.
    • Voluntary turnover shows how many employees choose to leave the organisation.
    • Average tenure describes how long employees stay on average.
    • Leadership index reflects how employees experience their closest leadership.
    • Engagement index measures motivation, participation and workplace satisfaction.
