After two busy days with Atlassian, we are now enlightened and full of inspiration!

Jira Service Management will shortly offer opportunities for deeper integration with AWS, for example, provisioning and incident management directly from JSM.
Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a term that briefly refers to extending ITSM to more parts of the organization. They highlight ESM’s unique capabilities to connect all parts of an organization; Business, IT and Software. Unified Data Platform
A platform that includes a “data lake” that collects data from all of Atlassian’s tools in a single place
More and better integrations with first and third-party tools
Machine Learning and AI
Jira Service Management (JSM) will, among other things, get expanded capabilities through Machine Learning and AI such as virtual agents, automated provisioning and issue management
Visualization and Analysis
With the help of Atlassian Analytics and the previously mentioned “data lake” comes enormous possibilities for collecting data and being able to create detailed reports through all of Atlassian’s tools
Atlassian has been a fantastic event and highlighted the challenges that organizations face with implementation but also running ITSM in a way that not only works but also drives profit for the company.
